Hi, I’m Saskia.

From my calm clinic in Blackheath, South East London, I offer a space to pause, take a breath, and focus on your health – both physical and emotional.

Acupuncture for you

Acupuncture is a beautiful way to reconnect with your health. Many of my clients come to me feeling exhausted, tense or out of balance. Through gentle, personalised treatments, I support people with issues such as stress, fatigue, insomnia, digestive issues, low mood, sleep problems, headaches and long Covid.

I draw on the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine, but my approach is very much centred around you – how you’re feeling, what you’re going through, and what you need that day. I take time to listen and understand your story, so that each session is grounding while also addressing the deeper patterns that may be affecting your wellbeing.

“My wife and I have been going to Saskia for over a year now, and I can’t put into words how important she has been on our fertility journey. As anyone who has been through this challenging process knows, there really is a lack of clear and consistent information out there, and a feeling of being unable to make a positive difference to your outcomes, so having someone so knowledgeable and lovely to talk to and ask advice has been invaluable.”

Acupuncture for fertility and women’s health

My practice centres on acupuncture for women’s health and fertility, supporting you through every stage of life – from period and hormonal balance to fertility, pregnancy, postnatal recovery, perimenopause and menopause.

Whether you’re trying to conceive naturally or through IVF, have experienced miscarriage, or are navigating complex fertility challenges, I provide individualised fertility acupuncture to support both individuals and couples. My goal is to guide you through what can often feel like an uncertain journey and an overload of information.
